And there you go, January almost finished and me still passing the days in the same old ways with the same old unhelpful habits. But that's okay, that's alright, because the god of new beginnings looks every bit as much backwards as he does forwards. Transitions are messy.
My pantry is messy.
Which is also fine because February is the month of purification and purging, so I can sort it out then.
Facebook might have to be included in this month of purging, at least in part. Something about that site leaves me feeling even more lonely, and I need no help in indulging that emotion.
We had macaroni cheese for dinner, in case you were wondering. I boiled the broccoli for too long.
