Nathan had a rare practice with his band yesterday. They call themselves Rock Salt, and though they have no original songs at this particular point in time, they have named their first album. It's called Cake Before Music, in honour of the drummer's mother who served them all cake.
Warren is writing out an application to reapply for his current job. There are two managers at his level, but there can be only one.
Banana bran muffins before worry.
